We accept returns only for new, unopened items. Final sale items cannot be returned. and opened personal hygiene kits.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
