An automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Payment processing is performed by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

We will never request payment by wire transfer or ask you to provide banking credentials outside our secure checkout.

15. Shipping

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

Standard shipping costs $9.95 for merchandise subtotals below $100. Standard shipping is free for merchandise subtotals of $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard transit normally takes 2–5 business days, producing a total estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

16. Title and Risk of Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss transfer according to the shipping and delivery rules applicable to the order and carrier.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, return-shipping charges, eligibility requirements, hygiene restrictions, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, received a shipping label, or been transferred to the carrier.

If an order has shipped, it may need to be returned after delivery according to the Return and Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is requested after a package is returned because of a customer-provided address error.

These Terms and transactions with Pro Clipper Depot are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding not eligible for or resolved through a consumer small-claims process shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Nassau County, New York, unless applicable law requires another location.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
