At ProClipperDepot, we want our customers to have a smooth and flexible shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders, the applicable timeframes, and what happens after a cancellation.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at support@proclipperdepot.com
  • Orders placed after this period may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are considered received the next business day for cancellation purposes.

2. Same-Day vs Next-Day Cancellation Rules

  • Same-Day Orders: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) can usually be canceled the same day.
  • Next-Day Orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) may be processed the next business day. You must contact support promptly to attempt cancellation.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  • Email support@proclipperdepot.com with your order number and request to cancel.
  • Include your full name and contact information to help us verify the order.
  • Our team will confirm whether the order can be canceled.

4. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment.
  • You may still return the order under our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If the cancellation is successful before processing or shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days (Mon–Fri) to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any shipping charges for orders that were already shipped are non-refundable.

6. Partial Cancellations

  • If your order contains multiple items, partial cancellations may be allowed only if the items have not been processed or shipped.
  • For items already shipped, you may return them under the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation Exceptions

Some items may be non-cancelable, including:

  • High-demand or limited-stock items
  • Custom orders or personalized products
  • Items that have already been shipped

8. High-Value Orders

  • Orders exceeding $500 may require verification before cancellation.
  • We may request identity confirmation to protect against fraud and unauthorized cancellations.

9. Automatic Cancellation Scenarios

Orders may be automatically canceled in certain situations:

  • Payment failure or declined transactions
  • Out-of-stock items that cannot be fulfilled
  • Invalid or incomplete shipping information

10. Impact on Loyalty Points or Promotions

  • Canceled orders may result in the removal of loyalty points or rewards earned from that order.
  • Any discounts or promotional offers used will not be reissued after cancellation.

11. International Order Cancellations

  • International orders may have additional restrictions due to shipping and customs regulations.
  • Cancellations must comply with local and international shipping policies and may incur fees.
