At Pro Clipper Depot, we stand behind the quality of our grooming tools and accessories. This policy explains what’s covered under our product warranties, what isn’t, and how to request service if needed.
1. Coverage
Most products purchased from Pro Clipper Depot come with a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes clippers, trimmers, guards, blades, and other grooming tools. Some products may have different coverage terms, as noted on the product page.
2. Extended Warranties
Certain products may be eligible for an extended warranty, either at checkout or within 30 days of purchase. These plans may provide additional coverage beyond the standard 90 days. If you’re interested, please contact us at support@proclipperdepot.com for details and pricing.
3. What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Parts that fail during normal use
- Manufacturer defects that prevent the product from working as intended
4. What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or abuse
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., blades, lubricants, guards, consumables)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use of incompatible accessories
- Items bought from unauthorized sellers
5. How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

- Attach photos or videos showing the problem
- Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps
6. What Happens Next?
Depending on your situation, we may:
- Replace the item with a new one of equal value
- Repair the defective item (if possible)
- Provide a full or partial refund if a replacement or repair isn’t possible
7. Shipping and Replacement
If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). Please return the defective item in its original or similarly protective packaging. Once received, your replacement will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
8. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may have additional coverage from the manufacturer. If so, we’ll help coordinate support or claims with the manufacturer as needed.
9. Limitations of Liability
Our warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Pro Clipper Depot is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost income or property damage). Warranties are for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
10. High-Value Orders
For orders over $500, we may require additional verification. Please keep your proof of purchase and product serial numbers to help us process your claim.
