Every product sold by Pro Clipper Depot is brand new and 100% genuine. This page explains the warranty coverage that applies to your purchase and how to make a claim.

Manufacturer Warranties by Brand

Each brand we carry publishes its own limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty service is provided and administered directly by the manufacturer under its own published terms and conditions.

Warranty periods and conditions are set by each manufacturer and may change. The warranty documentation included with your product is the controlling document. Wear-and-tear items such as blades, foil heads, cutters, guards, and batteries are generally excluded from manufacturer warranties.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first. Email support@proclipperdepot.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. We prepare your documentation. Your Pro Clipper Depot order confirmation serves as proof of purchase, and we will help you complete the manufacturer's claim requirements.
  3. The manufacturer services your tool. Repair or replacement is carried out by the manufacturer in accordance with its published warranty terms.
