7. Replacement Process Details

  • Once a warranty claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
  • Customers should ship the defective item securely in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
  • Replacement items are shipped within 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri) after receiving the defective product.

8. Manufacturer Warranty Integration

  • In such cases, claims may be coordinated with the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or extended support.

9. Limitations of Liability
