1. Orders & Payments
Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, JCB, Elo.
Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@proclipperdepot.com after 12 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, but you may still return the item under our Return & Refund Policy.
Q3: Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All payment information is processed securely via trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card information on our servers.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q4: Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
Q5: How long will it take to receive my order?

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri)

Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier and location.
Q6: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for free economy shipping.
Q7: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q8: What is your return window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 business days (Mon–Fri) of delivery.
Q9: Who pays for return shipping?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

For change of mind or wrong item orders, the customer covers return shipping.
Q10: How long will it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon–Fri) after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Q11: Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. For non-defective returns, you must place a new order once your refund is processed.

Q12: Are your clippers and grooming tools safe to use?
Yes. All products are tested and quality checked. Follow the included instructions for safe use.
Q13: Do you sell replacement parts or consumables?
Yes. We offer clipper blades, lubricants, oils, and replacement parts. Some consumables may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

No. ProClipperDepot does not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.

Not unless explicitly stated. Misuse of promotions may result in order cancellation.

8. Other Policies
Q19: What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

For damaged items, report within 48 hours with photos.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office. Contact support if still not located.
Q20: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarding addresses.
